if the disk does not spin then a cd lens cleaner will not clean it so you have to remove the radio then remove the top and using a cotton bud wipe the top of the lens carefully as it is floating and can be damaged by heavy handedness you may have to clean it once or twice to get the best results, I use the fluid that comes with a lens cleaning disk but you can do it without
