what is error code on cd changer?

can somebody tell me what the error code E2 means on my 2003 ford galaxy stereo and why my cd`s won`t play and how can i fix it

if they r cds u have burned yourself then it is because it cant read the files or some times it is because the disc is scratched i sometimes have the same problem with a few of my cds i have burned using media player so now use nero
