Fix Fault Dw820

My DW820 fisher & paykel dishwasher just beeps cannot turn off, have to unplug no lights coming up on the control panel

The dishwasher hasn't fully drained and also the dishwasher won't satrt even though the lights are all on it just makes a beeping sound how can I fix it ?

The spring has broken in the door of our Fisher & Paykel dishwasher Nemo DW820 (we bought it in late 2001). How do we replace this?
