Fix Fault Toyota Estima

i have a 2001 toyota estima and the radio/tape/cd player keeps cutting out and back on with very loud crackles like a wire is loose. how do you get to the back of it to see? its a whole built in unit.

Radio has been tested and works but plugged into the car there is no power going to it?? How do i get it to work? This is a japanese import and the radio/cd player/cassette player is a toyota 10704 ... more
