Fix Fault 3m

I have a 3m 9100 overhead projector and I have replaced the bulbs and neither of them will light. Is this a simple fix...

I twisted the top lens section the wrong way and it snapped the screw that joins it to the main arm and allows it to rotate. Can I get a spare part for this?

We replaced the light bulbs on the prejector and they will not work. The fan goes on and we do know that the outlets on the side work. How can I fix this?
