My freezer will only fast freeze yellow light on. Turn down lower no lights show starts to defrost. Any ideas.

Hi, my Brandt FMT 24B 1U1 oven is not heating up (double oven but neither works). The grills work in each. Any ideas?

Sometimes it will stay on for twenty minutes, but mostly cuts out after about a second. We cant cook anything with it like this, and cant afford another. We desperately need it as we have two children ... more
