Ignis AKL 887/01 How do I set temperature?

Hello. We have just move home and our IGNIS AKL 887/01 has missing temperatures and settings signs around both knobs. Can anyone explain how to use it properly or make a picture please?

My ignis oven manual has disappeared and it won't come on?
