Fix Fault Kenmore

How do I fix a broken handle to open the door

we unplugged our older Kenmore refrigerator and plugged in new one. Since taking our refrigerator out on deck and plugging in, only fan comes on and no compressor or cooling.

How can i fix my broken side by side kenmore front water and ice dispencer on door handle. The handle broke off.
