Fix Fault Proline

where can I find an owners manual for this machine _ Proline Air Conditioning Unit Model SAC 100

we have a proline aircon unit but no manual it a proline sac100ew ive looked all sorts of websites that were no help and cant even find prolines own website can any one help me please

Does anyone know where I can purchase a venting hose for the Proline SAC100 air conditioning unit. One end has a square plate that slots into the back of the unit. All help would be appreciated.

i have a proline sac 100ew-u air con unit and its been sitting for a while . Do i need to drain and change water ????
