Hot Point leaking from bottom?

the rubber drum seal seams to be leaking. Water flows out the bottom. Is this easy to replace. Cast $$$ ????.

the door seal can be repaired with a bicycle repair outfit. they are also fairly cheap and easy to replace.

if its not drum seal, it could be pump this is easy to change as it can get money stuck in it.
