First of all for future reference Freeview does not come over satellite receivers - its terrestrial. Next lots of VCRs can only record from their internal tuners. However , if yours can record from a SCART socket, unlikely but your handvbook will tell you how. Next plug the Freeview SCART Adapter into a SCART socket on the VCR, choose that as input and Bob's your Uncle.
