How come the light bulb on my bathroom keeps burning?

I have 4 bulbs lighting fixture on my bathroom. The last light bulb keeps burning. I know it says to use 60 watts max light bulb. Does it mean to use total of 60 watts light bulbs or does it mean I can use 4x 60 watts light bulbs?

It means you can use 60 x 4 max, by burning do mean blowing? if these are es type (edison screw) then the pins inside the fitting are bent or loose. This can be adjusted but is very tricky and the circuit MUST be isolated. i would suggest taking the fitting back to supplier and replacing as the easiest option.
