my vokera excell80 sp boiler isnt working. when checked, the pilotlight is on but i have no hot water and no heat. the pressure bar is sitting at 2. it switches on at the wall downstairs but it isnt firing up either when heating switched on or hot tap turned on. can anyone give me some clues please???? many thanks!!!

i can hear a fan running yes. the power seems to be ok to it too. cant see a reset switch though. checked fuse also and seems to be ok

Does the boiler do anything at all ie can you hear either a fan running or a pump. Is the power ok to the boiler , check fuses. Is there a reset button on it?
