hot water problems?

I have a Worcester 240 combi boiler and i can only get warm water (but hot when the heating is on?), i have changed the rubber diverter valve, but the problem is still the same. Can anybody please help? Thank you Carl

check to see if low flame on dhw, but ch ok --- the left hand micro switch on the diverter controls the gas.
