Baxi combi 80 Eco - water goes cold after a few minutes?

have a baxi Combi 80 Eco bolier running 6 radiators and hot water. After a few minutes of running water goes cold / colder. If switch tap off and re start get hot water but again this goes cold.

sounds like the diaphragm in the hot water flow valve is beginning to perish and needs changing
