i bought an mp4 fron the states and have had it for 12 moths on recharging the player it will no longer switch on it is dead.I can not even find an address to return it tro under warranty

If you've had a chinese knock-off electronic gadget that worked for 12 months, consider yourself fortunate. The sad fact is these electronics are not designed to last for a long time, especially electronics that may be subject to stressors such as daily shaking from running with it - i.e. a portable MP3/4 player.

I bought an Infitek Ipod Nano knockoff (8 GB) while traveling in NY, it died two days later - wouldn't boot up. I exchanged it at the store. If this unit lasts 12 months, I'll be surprised, and happy. Cost = $75 divided by 12 months = $6.25 / month of usage, not too bad.
