i have a mp4 player used it for the first time when i plug in it said new software found but then after i got it downloaded it says usb device not recognized go in device hub it says no drives r installed ive troubleshoot iver dowloaded drvers and pci cards. ive switched to different pc's ive switched between usb ports. it still works its driver just cant sync and ive tried dumping the driver but cant

do a total uninstall of drivers and any associated software.now download drivers then and only then plug MP4 in and hopefully it will recognise it
