how can i fix my freeview box, onn?

i have lost the majority of channels from my freeview box. and want to get them back, but do not know how to.

hi katy wight what you need to do is unplug the areial and turn off power for 10 mins .then turn on the digi box and do a retune with out the arieal in then turn off box plug the ariel back in to the box then do a retune again .
