what does it mean if there is a bleep sound and nothing else works?

Its a "17"inch Bush tv The power light still comes on the tele but no picture or sound just a bleeping sound how do i fix that

Possibly a power supply problem, or the line output stage (if new tele, switched mode with a thyristor), otherwise power transistors. Inside TVs there are lethal voltages here and there. Not serviceable if you don't know much about TV electronics. Sorry.
