go to sisandra website and download there program and install it(should be free for the basic edition) that tells everything about your pc and it should state it there

Hi the fastest way is to plug a USN 2.0 device i.e. a mp3 player into the USB port an if your running XP at the bottom right hand corner a message will pop up if it's v1 (this devive can perform faster) if no message is displayed it's v2
