magnavox MPD 850 DVD Player Doesn't turn ON.One IC and SS24A seems burnt?

Hello All,
It Seems One IC (4801 BA6R1S) and SS24A seems burnt.What are these parts and where can i get them.

It's Even not working with Battery.

I can Hear some chirpy sound while plugging and unplugging Power JACK.

I have the same problem with Magnavox MPD850. It must be a design flaw. Unfortunately I don't know anything on how to fix the problem. Sorry.
