Whatever you choose dont use www.flooracademy.co.uk or ww.poshfloors.co.uk or there sister company tikko floor products. they have stung me for £500 they never reply and seem to be working through many company names so they avoid tax, this will mean that your garuntee will be worthless, and they would never return your emails for advice once they have there greasy little hands on your money !!!

It depends upon how big the chip is. If you have the chip, keep it so you can use it to help with the repair. You have a couple of choices, if you would like to perform the repair yourself: 2-part epoxies with color pigments or granite dust; or I've found a pretty effective acrylic-based repair kit at www.procaliberproducts.com which is clear/translucent and helps to blend the colors of your granite (best if your granite is not one solid color). Both choices are pretty inexpensive.
