How can i download my music?

I have been onto my computer and installed the MP3 however when i transfer the music in to the files it then doesnt download it to the mp3 player and comes up as NO FILE.

How do i resolve this??

A bit more information would help in providing an answer. What make of mp3 player is it and also what system are you trying to connect it to?

Have you checked that your computer meets the minimum requirements?
