How to adjust the 'bar' on my Greenstar CDi boiler?

The dial on my Greenstar CDi boiler is going in the red section (in to section 3) and I do not know how to bring it back in to the green. Please help

Sorry ,misread the question,I thought you meant boiler was under pressurised,not over.If boiler has silver hose attached,detach it and cap it off.If you have a filling key,chances are your expansion vessel is bust,or needs recharging.Failing that your calorifier needs replacing(sometimes called indirect heat exchanger)

Is there a silver hose attached to pipes under boiler,if so there is a tap on there,oen it and pressure gauge will rise.When pressure reads 1.2 bar approx close tap,then bleed radiators starting at farthest and lowest from the boiler until water appears.Check gauge again,if pressure has dropped,repeat filling procedure,when all rads are full you're aiming for 1.25 bar approx on your gauge.Hope this helps

You need to remove some water from the system - the easiest way is to undo a bleed valve from the top of a radiator and let the water escape that way. It takes a while but it is the cleanest way.
