i got a nokia 6021 that wont let me ring out . it says no network coverage.it only works with orange sim cards . if i switch it off and on it starts to ring out.for a few seconds then says no network coverage again. ? any answers.

please i have one phone from los Angeles.
which i dont know how to use it pleae if u can advise how to use without sim card.
am in Democratic Repulic of congo.
Nomarly we use the network which is templaly.
So they told me they cant operates it.I better return in los Angles.
