I have a PHILIPS DVDR166OP1 DVD/CD ROM
For some reason its stopped working, when i insert a cd (which has pictures on) it says the cd is empty, same on a dvd, i have tried to burn pictures using windows also using power2go but i get the messege unable to complete burning process

Hi Sharon

Your Drive is broken. Buy a new one (about £20 if you shop around). Easy to install (four screws and two plugs).
