My 65" Logik TV had its screen shattered by my Godson.. Curry's will not repair it and Logik Customer Care refuses to touch it. Anywhere I can find help?

My LOGIK tv turns on plays dvd fine but I can’t get it to tune into channels. I have tried other tv on the same aerial and it works fine. The problem seems to be the internal receiving channels. ? Can you help.

It looks to me as though they are building in a fault in the circuitry which is illegal and makes the tv develop a fault after approx a year it is a con and is happening too often to be a coincidence.
Also they will not publish the repair procedures so they get to do all the repairs and rip people off for more money.
Shame on you Currys PC World.

Hi I have repaired a few of these logik lcd tvs and im no engioneer... if you go to "ohm supplies" (google it)they sell u a new board for 60 or 70 quid that is simple to replace and fixes the problem of it going bang and not turning on. also i need a 37" scanner board so if anyone out there has a logik 37" (lcxw37hd1) and willing to sell it for spares or repair ill happely consider it. cheers

Service info on Logik appliances is exclusively the property of currys after sales service and repairs dept and they dont give out service manuals. I've just been trying to buy one from currys and it's cost me 20 telephone calls some of which ended up with talking to gentlemen in India. It's a scam because you have to pay £50 before they'll even take the back off...
