in-car dvd player blows the fuse?

I have a Matsui in-car 2 screen DVD player.
After trying to play a dvd, the cigarette lighter fuse just blows.
The fuse is correct at 10amp.
Is the dvd player faulty and trying to draw too much power?

Sorry, I read your question wrong.
How large are the screens? It is quite possible for 2 screens and a player to reach the 10A mark.
Have a look at the specifications page of the manual, specifically at the current ratings. If more than 10A the only thing you can do is uprate the fuse

10 amps is a lot of current for a dvd player. There are a couple of things that could be the problem. If there is any wiring you did yourself you may want to check the polarity.
Another (rare) possibility is you may have a car that uses a positive earth.
Of course it could be a faulty player too...
