Your problem is almost certainly the pressure relief tank inside your boiler that has a ruptured diaphragm. I had similar problems and have now had the tank replaced. To check, stand on a chair and look at the back of the boiler just below the exhaust vent. You will see an orange tank with a valve at the top similar to one on a car tyre. remove the cap and press the valve. If water appears, then the diapragm is ruptured and the expansion vessel needs replacing. AKG boiler spares sell them for around £50 (2008). I hope that this helps!
