worcester combination boiler 9.24 electronic?

hi,when the heating is off, we have no hot water, this does not happen when heating is on ? can you tell me why this is thank you. mark

Not Techniclly true, I have a Worcester 9.24, low pressure, and diaphram does not operate till pressure gauge is up enough? I thought the divert valve was faulty, but this has allready been replaced - it was low pressure that caused it.
