im in the same situation. I have found that one of the stk chips in the back of the tv has blown causing it to go over current.
There is a board "pb9488" in the back of the tv and on it it has green , blue , & red next to some connectors. remove the 3 connectors and try ur tv. if it works turn it off and replace one at a time then power back up. repaet for the other channel until it wont turn on. this will point to which ever stk has gone. Then try and locate a replacment chip and repair...... Hope that helps
