how can i fix my mitsubishi pro logic television?

when you switch on my televisin i get a kind of rolling picture from left to right /bottom to top no colour and no sound

First, if any external equipment is connected to TV, disconnect it to test TV on it's own.

If fault persists, these symptoms on Mitsubishi models are commonly due to dry soldered joints inside the television's Tuner and/or I.F. modules.
