How can I fix my integrated Diplomat Dishwasher ADP8132?

Hi,

We have an intergrated Diplomat Dishwasher ADP8132 that has suddenly stopped working. We set the programme, shut the door and sometimes it will bleep and sounds like it is starting up but no water seems to be going in, it then stops and bleeps, when opening the door the 2 end lights on the left are on and then sometimes it just bleeps twice and nothing happens at all. We have checked the feed into it and it is all ok. Please can you help? Many Thanks

You need to note if there is an error, such as an E2 error. Check your display for an error number first.
I am assuming your model is younger than my ADP8226 integrated. Either way, these are typically SMEG rebadged units.
If the error is showing E2, then it could be a flood activation alert, or a fault with the circulation pump.
A circulation pump is expensive to replace, typically about 150.00 for the part.. Check out the Uk whitegoods website for details on spares:
