1 of the hoses was leaking underneath the washer, I taped it but after running it after I taped it, it still leaked and the tub will not spin now. There was a burning smell before I turned it off, when I checked it. The motor was running but the tub wouldn't spin.

replace the leaking hose of you haven't done so already. the burning smell was the belt burning. Replace the belt and it should be good as new.
