The arms on my Diplomat ADP8322 do not rotate?

Ther seems to be no water going into the top arms of the dishwasher and none of the arms rotate so nothing is getting washed properly. The water just sits in the bottom of the machine.

i have same problem ,had the guy from mfi round
1, theres a small bracket on the base of the bottom turning arm which is snapped thus the pipe keeps coming out.
2,the dishwasher makes a funny noise which he says is the motor.

The machine is about 18 months old. Water does come out of the bottom arm but that is not rotating so therefore nothing is getting washed. There have been no changes in the water pressure that I'm aware of and the machine makes all the right noises apart from the rotating arms.

How old is it? Is water being sprayed from the bottom arm? Any strange noises? Any changes in water pressure in the house lately? Need to know more.
