TURN OFF THE SUPPLY, TAKE OFF THE FRONT COVER, BY THE INPUT DIAL YOU SHOULD SEE A SMALL WHITE PIN STICKING UP (ABOUT THE SIZE OF A MATCHSTICK) MOUNTED ON A METAL STRIP. PRESS IT DOWN AND YOU MAY HEAR IT CLICK, THIS SHOULD RESET YOUR HEATER

There are two possibilities here - either the heating element itself has burnt out or the thermostat controlling it has packed in. You'll need an electricians test meter to ascertain which though.
