Kenomre Series 90 (model110) motor runs, nothing turns?

I have a Kenomre Series 90 (model110.26902692)
the motor runs, but nothing turns (aritator or whatever it is called.

I found instructions here to open up the thing, and can see nothing that looks wrong; I can turn the tub by hand;
I even plugged it back in (hooked up the lid sensor) and turned it on and I saw the motor spinning towards the front of the washing machine, by what appears to be the pump (two hoses coming into it).

It make a clicking like noise, but I'm not sure if it is an abnormal noise, or maybe the pump or something.

Anyone know what is going on , or what I should do next?

OK,
I turned the unit onto the back, so I could get to the bottom, and looked at everything closely. No clues to the problem.

So, I saw the motor appeared to be easy to remove, just 2 straps. So, I took those off, and took off the motor, and found to coupling (or whatever it is called) between the motor and the unit that connects to the agitator was broken.
I when to a site for parts (I bought the igniter for my dryer) and entered the model number, and it listed the broken part at the top of the list:

So, I ordered this, and hope to have everything working again as soon as this part arrives!

One thing further, I showed my wife what it looks like, and when I turned it on, it makes a ratcheting sound (setting is for spin cycle).
