Error code F6 on a Mistral air conditioner?

I have a Mistral airconditioner (MSS 2.0) that won't work and shows "F6", which I think is an error code? However, since I haven't got the manual I don't know what F6 means.

Can anybody please help me! It's getting hot in here!

the error code is the fan in the head unit (indoor part) of the split system. After rining around for hours this morning - the number to get parts Mistral Bellini & Ringroup. 1300 373 199 They are based in Melbourne. The part with postage was $55 to NSW. They use Air Express - so you should have parts in a day or so. Hope this helps.

Mistral warranty claims - 08 9241 1047.

Hopefully they can point you in the right direction.

I have the same issue in our Bed and breakfast. They have now disconnected the number for service. I think I will be seeking assistance from ACCC as well.

Replace it with a better brand. Mistral should be sued for blatent misrepresentation of their five year warranty for these products. Sold them cheap and had no intention ever providing service. ACCC must have hundreds of complaints, but do nothing.

f6 means a pg motor fault mine was the bush fitted incorrectly on the fan motor on the inside unit i repositioned it so the fan rotated freely and it is fine now
