i need to unlock my MP3 Phillips DAB radio DA1102, when i turn it on it just brings up a padlock and says bye.

The hold switch comes off quite easy. Remove it and then you have access to the switch.

Got same problem, Probably a fault in the design.

There is a 'hold' switch on the left hand side, in the 'up' position all keys are locked. Slide it down.
