How can i find sound on my channel? sagem ITD58G?

can anyone help me? my set top box has lost its sound on the ITV2 channel. i have tried playing about with the remote and doing weird but wonderful things with it but to no advail. Can anyone tell me how to find my channel please x x x

try this,unplug it leave for about 30 second's & plug back in,my son's lost it's sound & this done the trick,hope it help's
