How can i reset my RF wireless Drayton digistat?

I wonder if anyone can help me! I have a RF Wireless Drayton digistat and all of a sudden my heating wouldn't switch on when i noticed that the batteries needed changing. When i put in the new batteries the red light would not switch off.....what do i need to do?

Hi
I have just had the same problem and after much searching I found the following on the web - and it worked.
I replaced dead batteries and then followed the setup instructions from the beginning - as if it was being newly installed. ie turned off the electricity supply.

slide open the battery draws on the stat and let the display go blank. turn the boiler off at the mains. turn the boiler back on at the mains elctricity. push the overide button on the reciever so the green light comes on. push button 2+1 and hold them. the red light will flash quickly then go out. release the buttons. then push in the left battery drawer followed by the right. the red light should start flashing on the reciever. now turn the temperature up and down an see if the boiler goes on/off. if it doesn't work don't give up just try it again
