I was working with a DSL ACTIONTEC wireless box from qwest and my USB ports stop working. The device manager shows a yellow error box by each one. I have a AMD desktop put together by compuserv. The actiontec box work good except it would not transfer the ip address from one comptuer to the other. The actiontec box would work only on the usb except for the last time I tried. USB was not avaible.

try going into your bios during boot up an see if usb has been disabled if so re enable it then let the computer boot up as normal an see if that works
