my inovix mp3 (imp 15d) is "locked"?

music files are saved on my inovix (imp 15d) mp3 player but when i try to play them the mp3 displays "locked" on the screen. i would be grateful if anyone can help me out.

on the bottom of the mp3 player there is a on/off switch, put it to off then hold down the play button and it will work.
