i have a rca 52inch p52923 just had a repairman come and take out the sweep board is what he called it and he wrote down a part number of ctc195k3 he charged me 371.00 to fix he installed it 4 weeks ago and now i turn it on i heard the sound for a second and heard a sparking sound and turn it off and it smells like of burnt wire but no picture???????? i need help and im i being riped off

You need to get the guy back before you have a fire. In the UK you are protected by The Supply of Goods and Services Act. Elsewhere you need to look up your local Consumer Protection laws.
