how do I fix my Bosch washing machine?

My Bosch washing machine has cut out and shows error code E01. This apparently means the base is full of water, which could mean the "Aquasure" hose needs replacement. Is this correct and is it an easy repair?

Have you checked your pump Filter to see if it has clogged up and jammed the pump impeller ? I assume we are talking Front Loader ?
