Without seeing the damage only general advice can be given but it usually means...scrap it.
Unfortuantely, if the board is fractured it cannot be safely repaired except in the case of the finest hairline fractures in very low voltage circuits. In that case it may be repaired by a qualified engineer who knows how to carry out the safe repair methods.
Trouble is that when a TV is dropped, the board will usually fracture where the heaviest components are fitted. eg. around the base of transformers, (commonly around the 'extremely high voltage' flyback transformer.) If the board has fractured near a transformer or high voltage/high current circuits, it would be dangerous to attempt to solder or hard wire across the fracture.
