My kids have the technika 15 inch dvd lcd digital combi thingy. All of a sudden the dvd player has slowed right down when spinning and is not recognising any disc. Please help as it was a gift for xmas and the person who got it has misplaced the receipt. Can anyone help or i am not going to get any peace if the cant watch the simpsons all day. Thanks

It doesn't matter about the receipt. Technika is a Tesco Own Brand so it MUST have come from them.

Additionally, under the Sale of Goods and Services Act, during the first six months it is up to Tesco to prove that it isn't faulty rather tyha5t you prove that it is.

Take it back to Tesco for a refund.
