Mark you'll need to plug it in assuming it's a USB connection and the computer should recognise it as an external storage device or drive. It might ask for the MP3 Player driver to be installed. You can then open two explorer windows; one for the location where the MP3 files are located on the computer and one for the mp3 player music folder. You can then drag and drop the files from the computer into the mp3 player folder. You can also try and install the software that came with the player and it should give you instructions.
