The power button pf the nintendo ds lite from my kid got loose.Now you can not turn it on or off.I opened it and try to fix it but to no use.It has a small plasric cover on the inside qhich is broken making it imposible to turn it on. Is teher a way to fiz it (nintendo will charge me 90 dollars for that fix)

I cant fix power switch. Its not broken. its just loose. And i dont have a special screw.

I recommend here: http://www.console-spares.co.uk/catalog/index.php?app=gbu0&ns=prodshow&ref=NDSLPS. They are cheaper than the other company above. You can still turn it on though if you like by removing the outer plastic power button and using a small flat head screwdriver.

you can get a new switch @ console parts 4 u, then desolder the switch and refit. i've used them for new screens and shells
