Baxi Bermuda 401 back boiler heating works but no hot water?

Central heating is working ok but no hot water. Can anyone please tell me what the cause of this problem is? I want to have an idea of cost before calling a plumber.
Thank you

Yep ...sounds like the 3-way diverter valve is jammed in the heating position. This is usually connected to the pump located in the airing cupboard. Looks like a small electrical box on top of a pipe and contains a motor that is inherently unreliable. You can get them for around £30 and pretty easy to install if you're reasonable with electrics.
